Associate Professor Burkhard Schrage Associate Head of Department, Management/Senior Program Manager, MBA and MIB. He is a scholar and practitioner of Strategic Management, with teaching and research experience at institutions including Singapore Management University, Wharton School, and Harvard Business School. He held key positions at UBS-Pactual, Credit Suisse and HSBC in international markets. Associate Program Manager, MBA. He has 10 years of teaching experience in Finland, India and Colombia. He was the Regional Manager for Latin America and General Manager in Vietnam for a Finnish forestry solutions company. His expertise spans management accounting, design thinking, international business development and market analysis. Program Manager, Engagement. Dr. Vicki has over 10 years of experience in advertising, corporate marketing, consulting and startups, and over 30 years of teaching entrepreneurial marketing strategy, database marketing, research methods, and innovation management in New Zealand and Malaysia. Lecturer, Human Resources Management. His industry experience includes the Australian Military, NSW Police, Australian Federal Government, and executive recruitment. Dr. Gavin used to teach at universities and business schools in Australia, China, Malaysia and Thailand, and provide consultancy services in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
